Field Supervisor - Construction

About the role

The Field Supervisor – Construction will lead the installation of elevators and escalators across government, commercial and residential projects in India. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure safe, on‑time delivery while meeting Otis quality standards and project margins.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold Environmental Health & Safety protocols and Otis installation standards on all sites.
• Oversee elevator and escalator installation activities, maintain project schedules and ensure site readiness.
• Coordinate with sales, factory, finance, field engineering and logistics to manage material requirements and project documentation.
• Maintain relationships with customers, authorities and internal stakeholders, providing responsive solutions.
• Lead and monitor field partner teams, driving productivity and performance.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in the elevator industry.
• Strong communication and team‑handling abilities.

Required skills

• Elevator and escalator installation.
• Construction project planning and execution.
• Coordination of multidisciplinary field teams.
