Field Supervisor - Construction

About the role

The Field Supervisor will ensure safe and efficient installation of new elevators and modernization projects across commercial and residential sites in Lucknow. This role bridges the sales, engineering, and customer teams to deliver quality lift solutions on time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe working environment for installation crews at multiple construction sites.
• Adhere to Otis Safety, Ethics, and Quality guidelines throughout all activities.
• Lead installation of new elevators and modernization works, from site readiness to final handover.
• Participate in pre‑bid meetings with the sales team and coordinate lift installation schedules.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage customer interactions during and after installation.
• Oversee a portfolio of lifts, ensuring timely handover with positive margins.
• Manage a team of commissioning engineers and field partner teams.
• Maintain relationships with builders, architects, owners, and government inspectors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as factory, finance, and field engineering for smooth project execution.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 5‑6 years of relevant experience, preferably in an elevator company.
• Proven team‑handling and leadership abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude.
