Field Supervisor – Construction (Elevator Installation)

About the role

The Field Supervisor Construction will ensure safe and efficient installation of new elevators and modernization projects across commercial and residential sites in the Noida region. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate with sales, engineering, and external partners to deliver lifts on time and within quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe working environment for installation teams at various construction sites.
• Oversee installation, modernization, and commissioning of elevators.
• Collaborate with the sales team during pre‑bid meetings and site readiness assessments.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage lift handover to customers.
• Lead a team of commissioning engineers and field partners, ensuring compliance with Otis safety and quality guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with builders, architects, owners, and government inspectors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as factory, finance, and field engineering for smooth project execution.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 5‑6 years of experience in elevator installation or a related field.
• Proven team‑handling and customer‑interaction abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑starter attitude.
