Field Sales Executive – Walk‑in Interview in Surat

About the role

Rentokil PCI is seeking energetic and confident individuals to join its Surat branch as Field Sales Executives. You will be responsible for generating new pest‑control business, managing renewals, and ensuring collections meet branch targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets defined in the branch business plan.
• Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned territory.
• Identify and follow up with prospective customers, converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Manage contract renewals and ensure they align with company expectations.
• Track market developments and uncover new business opportunities.
• Prepare and update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG) regularly.

Required profile

• Any graduate degree.
• 0–3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in home products, services, or residential cleaning.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Target‑oriented with proven ability to meet goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS‑Office.
• Proficiency in G‑Suite.
