Field Sales Executive – School Outreach

About the role

Micron ERP is an early‑stage EdTech startup building school management software for private schools across Punjab. The Field Sales Executive will travel daily to villages and small‑town schools, build relationships with principals, demo the platform and close deals on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Visit 8–12 private schools each day in the assigned district, meet principals and management committees, and build long‑term trust.
• Demo the Micron ERP platform on a phone or tablet, explain digital benefits in Punjabi, handle objections and close sales.
• Maintain a daily log, update the CRM after each visit and share field reports via WhatsApp.
• Achieve a minimum of two schools onboarded per month and coordinate post‑sale onboarding for the first 30 days.

Required profile

• Based in Punjab, preferably near the target district.
• Native Punjabi speaker with fluency in the local dialect.
• Own a two‑wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG, pharma, insurance, micro‑finance or agri‑input sales.

Required skills

• Basic smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp, Google Maps, camera).
• Self‑motivation, persistence and ability to work independently in the field.

What we offer

• Fixed salary of ₹10,000–15,000 per month based on experience.
• Performance incentive of ₹1,500–2,000 for each school successfully onboarded.
