Field Sales Executive – Ranchi

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new pest‑control business, managing renewals and collections, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery across the assigned territory. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role works closely with internal teams and external customers to drive sales productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and execute promotion activities within the territory.
• Identify and follow up on prospective customers, converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Manage contract renewals and ensure they meet company expectations.
• Maintain strong client liaison, prepare reports, and address complaints in coordination with Operations and Back‑Office.
• Conduct site inspections, generate quotations through the company system, and capture accurate customer information.
• Coordinate invoicing, obtain acknowledgements, and ensure timely submission of cost sheets.
• Update the Monthly Performance Grid and ensure new sales are visible in iCABS for planning.
• Collaborate with Service Planners to schedule deliveries without making unsanctioned commitments.

Required profile

• Reports to the Branch Manager and works as part of a multi‑functional team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple sales and service processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with iCABS system for sales tracking.
• Experience using Service Companion for service planning.
• Familiarity with SRA (Site Risk Assessment) processes.
