Field Sales Executive – Plant & Planter Solutions

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will promote Paudhaawala’s plant and planter solutions across residential, corporate and commercial projects in the Amritsar and Ludhiana region. This full‑time, on‑site position involves generating leads, delivering product demonstrations and building lasting relationships with customers and channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients, including residential, corporate and commercial projects.
• Generate leads, conduct product demonstrations and manage sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, close sales and track orders.
• Provide post‑sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather market insights, maintain accurate sales reports and collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven field sales experience, preferably in lifestyle, home décor, horticulture or related products.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse customer segments.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships, negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
• Basic understanding of plants, landscaping or green‑living solutions, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfortable with regular travel within the Amritsar/Ludhiana area and visiting client sites.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or related field is an advantage.
• Prior B2B or B2C sales experience and fluency in local language(s) and English are beneficial.
