Field Sales Executive – Pest Control

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will drive growth for Rentokil PCI’s pest‑control services by generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships. This role is ideal for recent graduates or MBA freshers who are eager to start a career in sales and have strong communication abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure both short‑term and long‑term pest‑control and prevention business opportunities.
• Develop new business within current and prospective customer bases in line with the sales strategy.
• Maintain client retention by ensuring service expectations are consistently met.
• Manage day‑to‑day sales activities, including preparing proposals, service agreements and prospecting.
• Provide customer feedback to support the service team.
• Prepare regular reports and assist with debt collection as required.

Required profile

• Graduate or MBA graduate (freshers welcome) with a good understanding of sales principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
