Field Sales Executive (Mysore)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive pest‑control business growth in Mysore. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead new sales, renewals and collections while ensuring high‑quality service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure short‑term and long‑term pest‑control business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and execute promotion activities within the assigned territory.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and manage contract renewals.
• Track market developments, prepare the Monthly Performance Grid and update sales KPIs monthly.
• Maintain strong liaison with clients, prepare reports, address complaints and conduct site inspections.
• Generate quotations through the system, share cost sheets with Operations and ensure accurate customer information is captured.
• Coordinate invoicing with the Back Office and ensure timely invoice submission.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in pest‑control or related services.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage renewals and collections.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Team player capable of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
