Field Sales Executive – Miyapur (Hyderabad West)

About the role

Rentokil PCI, a leading pest‑control service provider in India, is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Miyapur area of Hyderabad West. You will be the front‑line representative, creating new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure both long‑term and short‑term pest‑control and prevention contracts.
• Develop new business opportunities within current and prospective customer bases in line with the sales strategy.
• Maintain client retention by ensuring service expectations are consistently met.
• Manage day‑to‑day sales activities, including preparing proposals, service agreements, prospecting and market development.
• Provide customer feedback to the service team and assist with debt collection when required.
• Prepare regular sales reports as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate or MBA graduate (freshers accepted) with good sales knowledge.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Effective negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
