Field Sales Executive – Jewellery Tools

About the role

Samyak Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell jewellery manufacturing tools, equipment, and consumables across the Mumbai region. The role involves building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the company’s growth in the jewellery sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, including jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and industry professionals.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients in the Mumbai area.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products and solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to spot business opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address client queries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote products.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the Mumbai area for client meetings and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
