Field Sales Executive

About the role

Are you a target‑driven sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, generating new business, and turning opportunities into growth? Ozbreak Foods Channel Partner is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join its growing team and drive business across General Trade, Modern Trade and HoReCa.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through multiple channels.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client acquisition and closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
• Expand the client base and uncover new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
• Contribute to revenue growth through effective sales and relationship management.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• A proactive approach with strong relationship‑building abilities.
