Field Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell jewellery manufacturing tools and consumables to manufacturers and related businesses across Mumbai and its suburbs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, including jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and industry professionals.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients in the Mumbai area.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover new opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client queries promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote products.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the Mumbai area for client meetings and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
