Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Goa, visiting existing and potential industrial customers to present Perito Agencies' packaging, material handling and product identification solutions. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships, identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers across the region, conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, follow up on inquiries and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Close sales, coordinate order processing and delivery with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide market feedback.
• Meet assigned sales targets and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Strong field sales and business development skills, including prospecting and relationship management.
• Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of packaging, material handling equipment and product identification solutions.
• Solid communication and negotiation abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to plan routes and prioritize visits.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within Goa.
• Previous B2B sales experience in industrial supplies or related sectors is an advantage.
• Minimum diploma; degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or sales‑tracking software.
• Competence in using spreadsheets for reporting.
• Comfort with basic digital tools such as email.
