Field Sales Executive

About the role

DigitallyChalo is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote its digital marketing services across Kolkata. You will work on‑site, meeting prospective clients, demonstrating solutions, and closing new business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective businesses in assigned territories.
• Present and demonstrate DigitallyChalo’s services (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, website design, SEO).
• Conduct regular client meetings, negotiate pricing and terms, and follow up leads to secure contracts.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and prepare basic sales reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong field sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, outreach, and closing.
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as social media marketing, Google Ads, and SEO.
• Good planning and organisational skills for territory management, time‑management, and reporting.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred; prior field‑sales experience in advertising or marketing is a plus.
• Fluent in English and local languages, comfortable using smartphones and standard office software.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with willingness to travel locally across Kolkata.
