Field Sales Executive

About the role

Samyak Equipments Pvt. Ltd., a leading supplier of tools and machinery for the jewellery manufacturing industry, is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join its team in Rajkot. The role focuses on building client relationships and driving business growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct regular site visits to understand client needs and demonstrate product solutions.
• Present and sell the full range of products, including casting tools, wax consumables, dies, and machinery.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in industrial or technical products.
• Understanding of the jewellery manufacturing sector is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Valid driving licence.
