Field Sales Executive - IT Sales

About the role

We are seeking energetic, commercially driven sales professionals to acquire hotel clients for our technology solutions. The role is field‑based, covering Delhi NCR, Haldwani and Ramnagar, and involves the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding handover.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hotels, resorts, boutique properties, and serviced accommodations.
• Meet hotel owners, General Managers, Operations Heads, and other decision‑makers.
• Identify business needs and demonstrate our technology solution.
• Generate new leads through field visits and cold outreach.
• Handle follow‑ups, objections, negotiations, and close deals.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and coordinate with the onboarding team.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B field sales; hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling hotel software, SaaS, PMS/POS, payment solutions or other B2B technology is a plus.
• Strong communication and demonstration skills.
• Comfortable with daily field visits, cold calling, follow‑ups and sales targets.
• Existing network of hotel owners/managers is advantageous but not required.
• Marketing graduates/freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; training provided.
