Field Sales Executive – Industrial Packaging Solutions

About the role

Vijay Enterprises, an authorized Signode Channel Partner, is seeking an energetic Field Sales Executive to promote its industrial packaging solutions across Central India. The role involves direct interaction with manufacturers, factories and other B2B customers to understand and fulfil their packaging needs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling and referrals.
• Visit industries, factories and manufacturing units to identify packaging requirements.
• Promote packaging machinery, stretch film, PP/PET straps, BOPP tape and related solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and coordinate machine demonstrations or trials.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers and close orders.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to address customer specifications and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Any graduate.
• Field sales or B2B industrial sales experience preferred (1–3 years) – freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Strong negotiation and customer‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and willing to travel for customer visits.
