Field Sales Executive (Gurgaon)

About the role

Rentokil PCI, a leading pest control service provider in India, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive new business and maintain client relationships in Gurgaon. This role focuses on identifying and securing both short‑term and long‑term pest control opportunities while supporting the service team with valuable customer feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source, and secure new pest control and prevention business opportunities.
• Develop business within existing and new customer bases in line with the sales strategy.
• Maintain client retention by meeting ongoing customer expectations.
• Manage day‑to‑day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, prospecting, and market development.
• Provide customer feedback to the service team and develop strong client relationships.
• Prepare required reports and assist with debt collection.

Required profile

• Graduate or MBA graduate (freshers accepted).
• Good sales knowledge and strong communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Effective negotiation skills with clients.
