Field Sales Executive (Guindy)

About the role

Rentokil PCI is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive pest‑control business growth in the Guindy area. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure both long‑term and short‑term pest‑control and prevention business opportunities.
• Develop new business within current and prospective customer bases in line with the sales strategy.
• Maintain client retention by meeting ongoing customer expectations.
• Manage day‑to‑day sales activities, including preparing proposals, service agreements, prospecting and market development.
• Provide customer feedback to the service team to improve service delivery.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships.
• Prepare required sales reports and assist with debt collection as needed.

Required profile

• Good interpersonal and networking skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• 2‑3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Possession of a two‑wheeler vehicle (mandated for the role).
