Field Sales Executive – Gated Society Specialist

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers for ACT’s fiber broadband, digital TV and HDTV services within gated societies across the assigned territory. This role involves extensive travel, door‑to‑door engagement and building strong relationships with residents, building associations and local retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell ACT products and services to customers in gated societies and apartment complexes.
• Travel 35‑40 km+ per day within the assigned territory to generate leads and close sales.
• Develop and nurture relationships through building associations, customer referrals, retailers and service enterprises.
• Conduct BTL marketing activities such as kiosk setups, leafleting and brochure distribution inside apartments.
• Participate in on‑ground events and permanent branding activities within gated societies.
• Generate sales from newly connected apartment projects and low‑penetration areas.

Required profile

• 12th/PUC/Graduate/Diploma qualification.
• 1‑6 years of direct sales experience, preferably in ISP/telecom or related service sectors.
• Proven experience in door‑to‑door sales and cold calling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Age not more than 38 years.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week with rotational day shifts and one rotational week off.
