Field Sales Executive – Drive New Business

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding our customer base within an assigned territory. You will meet potential clients, present our products and services, and nurture relationships to achieve sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and approach new clients in the assigned territory.
• Explain company products/services to customers and handle queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on leads.
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
• Coordinate with internal sales and service teams.
• Maintain customer information and sales records.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Required profile

• MBA in Marketing (fresh graduate) or 6 months to 1 year of field sales experience.
• Own a two‑wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.
• Good communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp for business communication.
• Proficiency in using Email.
