Field Sales Executive – B2B (Hyderabad)

About the role

The Field Sales Executive – B2B will actively prospect and engage new and existing customers for Rentokil Initial Hygiene’s washroom hygiene solutions. You will drive revenue growth, acquire new accounts and ensure profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure short‑term and long‑term B2B business opportunities.
• Develop new business within current and prospective customer bases according to the sales strategy.
• Maintain client retention by meeting ongoing expectations and handling complaints.
• Manage day‑to‑day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, prospecting and market development.
• Provide customer feedback to the service team and support debt collection efforts.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships.
• Lead and coordinate the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Graduate (any stream) with 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Strong interpersonal, networking and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Valid two‑wheeler licence.
