Field Recruiter – Mumbai

About the role

We are looking for energetic Field Recruiters to join Kaam Bazaar in Mumbai. You will be the face of our blue‑collar staffing platform, going out into local markets, chawls and transport hubs to connect daily‑wage workers with quick‑commerce, delivery and warehousing jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Cover an assigned neighbourhood each day, visiting markets, labour points and transport hubs to source candidates.
• Engage candidates in conversation to understand their current earnings, availability, and preferred type of work.
• Record every prospect in the Field Recruiter mobile app, including location and attendance data.
• Meet daily targets for qualified leads and hand over interested candidates to the tele‑caller team.
• Stay up‑to‑date on open roles, salary ranges and requirements so you can present opportunities accurately.

Required profile

• Previous experience in field‑based roles such as sales, recruitment, collections, distribution or door‑to‑door work.
• Fluent in Hindi and Marathi with the ability to build trust quickly among daily‑wage workers.
• Comfortable spending long hours on foot and proficient with a smartphone application.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently without direct supervision.
