Field Recruiter

About the role

DropX Logistics is seeking a proactive Field Recruiter to lead the mass recruitment of Delivery Associates for its last‑mile and quick‑commerce operations. You will work directly in the field, engaging large volumes of candidates, organizing recruitment drives, and ensuring staffing targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source Delivery Associate candidates through local market visits, social media, employee referrals, agencies, WhatsApp groups, flyers and recruitment camps.
• Conduct telephonic and face‑to‑face screening, explain job details, verify documents and maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database.
• Organize walk‑in interviews and recruitment drives in coordination with station managers, planning activities based on daily and weekly manpower gaps.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates, address queries, reduce drop‑outs and maintain a backup pipeline for urgent needs.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR and operations, ensure timely submission of documents and track candidates from selection to deployment.
• Communicate daily with station and cluster managers to understand manpower requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts.

Required profile

• Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with high volumes of candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet daily/weekly hiring targets.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.

Required skills

• Basic computer usage.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp) for candidate outreach.
