Field Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Field Recruiter to join XpressBees in Raipur. The role focuses on hiring and onboarding blue‑collar staff such as delivery associates and riders, supporting the company’s rapid expansion in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and engage potential candidates through field sourcing activities.
• Conduct interviews, assess suitability and facilitate the onboarding process for delivery associates and riders.
• Coordinate with local vendors and hiring partners to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
• Track daily hiring targets and report progress to the recruitment manager.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within the assigned territory.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales or a related field is preferred, but motivated freshers are also considered.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with mobile communication tools for candidate outreach.
