Fiber Home Training Lead

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Fiber Home Training Lead to oversee the training ecosystem for Jio’s giga‑fiber services in Chennai. The role will design, deliver and audit training programmes for master supervisors, engineers and field associates, ensuring high‑quality service for premium customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct train‑the‑trainer programmes for master supervisors and partner trainers.
• Deliver re‑validation training for Jio giga‑fiber engineers, supervisors and associates.
• Provide on‑field performance coaching, mentoring and buddy‑ride support for newly hired master supervisors during the first 30 days.
• Design and execute training on handling premium customers and create realistic field scenarios for headquarters.
• Support national teams in developing vernacular training content.
• Audit training infrastructure readiness at partner sites and Jio centres, and certify training batches.
• Lead periodic recertification of trainers and facilitators, and pilot mock‑home readiness checks with connected devices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• 6‑10 years of experience in training, learning & development, or similar roles within the telecom or service sector.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale training programmes and mentor field teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IT tools for training delivery and tracking.
