F&B Service Associate

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Associate delivers outstanding guest service by efficiently serving food and beverages at Hilton Goa Resort. You will be the front‑line ambassador ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless dining experience while supporting the hotel's financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and specials.
• Take guest food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Retrieve and deliver orders in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the service.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with all regulations.
• Keep the serving station fully stocked at all times.

Required profile

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating a POS (point‑of‑sale) system.
