F&B Service Associate – Guest Experience (Northeast India)

About the role

We are seeking passionate hospitality talent from Northeast India to join our opening team at The Turaco Roastery in Jaipur. As an F&B Service Associate / Guest Experience Associate you will welcome guests, take orders, serve specialty coffee and ensure a warm, memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a warm first impression.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve specialty coffee, beverages and food.
• Help guests understand the menu and make recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of table service, cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate closely with the Barista, Kitchen and Service teams.
• Handle guest requests with professionalism and care.
• Follow service, hygiene and grooming standards.

Required profile

• Freshers welcome – prior experience not mandatory.
• Applicants from Northeast India (Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Warm, friendly and confident approach towards guests.
• Professional grooming and a positive attitude.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and customer service.
• Willingness to learn specialty coffee and modern café service.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse and collaborative team.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
