F&B Attendant

About the role

The F&B Attendant will be the face of the hotel’s Food & Beverage department, delivering prompt, courteous service to guests and supporting smooth restaurant operations at Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure timely service and smooth operation.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and services to answer guest inquiries.
• Adhere to hotel policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and safety procedures.
• Prepare and maintain work stations according to brand standards.
• Learn and accurately operate Point of Sale (POS) equipment.
• Maintain strict security and privacy when accessing guest rooms.
• Participate actively in training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
