F&B Associate

About the role

The F&B Associate will be the front‑line ambassador of the restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. Working within Radisson Hotel Group’s vibrant hospitality environment, you will combine attentive service with thorough product knowledge to uphold the brand’s "Yes I Can!" ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their seats, and present menus.
• Recommend cocktails, daily specials, and provide detailed information on menu items and wine selections.
• Take orders accurately, prepare them for presentation, and ensure timely service.
• Refresh water, prepare coffee, and attend to guest beverage needs throughout the meal.
• Clear tables using proper techniques, reset and polish silverware, and maintain a clean dining area.
• Process restaurant bills promptly and accurately.
• Monitor the overall condition of the dining room and address any issues before service begins.
• Read the log book and reservations at the start of each shift.
• Maintain a valid liquor card and stay informed about hotel facilities and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Promote additional hotel services and report any guest dissatisfaction to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a genuine hospitality mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the service team.
• Attention to detail, especially in table setting, cleanliness, and order accuracy.
• Ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and find effective solutions.
• Valid liquor card at all times.
