About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic F&B Associate to join our team in the Delhi‑NCR region. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas.
- Set up and break down dining spaces for service periods.
- Handle payment transactions and process bills.
- Assist in inventory checks and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
