F&B and Event Service Expert

About the role

The F&B and Event Service Expert delivers memorable guest experiences at our Vagator Beach property. You will support a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to large banquets, ensuring seamless service from setup to clean‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and event materials according to specifications.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Welcome guests, serve food and beverages, and attend to their needs throughout the event.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and handle post‑event breakdown.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies.
• Report maintenance issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb, standing for extended periods, and moving items safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant food‑and‑beverage or event service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
