Fashion Designer – 3-6 Years Experience

About the role
We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Fashion Designer with 3–6 years of industry experience to lead the development of innovative collections from concept through sampling.
Key responsibilities
- Create original design concepts, mood boards and seasonal collections.
- Develop sketches, CAD drawings and tech packs for sampling.
- Research trends, fabrics, colours and market needs.
- Coordinate with merchandisers and sampling teams.
- Oversee fittings, make design corrections and ensure quality.
- Maintain timelines, cost targets and production standards.
- Support photoshoots, styling and collection presentations.
Required profile
- 3–6 years of experience as a Fashion Designer.
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes and garment construction.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience using CAD software for garment design.
