About the role

Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (HIMSR) together with the HAH Centenary Hospital is inviting applications for a range of Faculty and Senior Resident positions. The recruitment aims to strengthen academic and clinical services across multiple specialties, with a deadline of 31 July 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate medical education, including lectures, practical sessions, and assessments.
• Provide high‑quality patient care in assigned clinical departments.
• Participate in research activities, publications, and academic conferences.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and medical students.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental administration.

Required profile

• Medical degree recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) of India.
• Eligibility as per NMC guidelines for the specific academic rank (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor) or senior residency.
• Relevant postgraduate qualification (MD/MS, DNB) in the specialty applied for.
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India.

Required skills

• Clinical expertise in the designated specialty (e.g., Anatomy, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, General Medicine, ENT, General Surgery, Paediatrics, Anaesthesiology).
• Teaching and curriculum development abilities.
• Research methodology and scientific writing.
