About the role

Woxsen School of Business is seeking scholars at all academic levels—Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor—to join its faculty in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Candidates should be intellectually curious, research‑oriented, and ready to contribute to a globally‑focused business school.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead high‑impact research projects in marketing and entrepreneurship.
• Publish in reputable, peer‑reviewed international journals.
• Teach undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, and executive education courses.
• Contribute to curriculum innovation and industry‑focused learning.
• Collaborate across disciplines, geographies, and with industry partners.
• Participate in executive education, consulting, and industry projects.
• Help design new programmes and academic initiatives.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent doctorate in a relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
• Strong, developing research trajectory with publications in high‑quality journals.
• For senior roles, an established record of internationally recognised publications and academic leadership.
• Excellent teaching ability across multiple education levels.
• Willingness to innovate curriculum and engage with industry.
• International exposure or collaborations are desirable.
