About the role

Woxsen University seeks accomplished and aspiring academics to join its School of Technology as faculty members in Computer Science & Engineering. Candidates will contribute to teaching, research, industry collaboration and institutional development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses, employing experiential, project‑based and technology‑enabled pedagogies.
• Develop an independent, internationally visible research programme, publish in top journals and conferences, secure competitive grants and supervise PhD scholars.
• Build partnerships with technology companies, startups and research laboratories, contribute to industry‑sponsored projects and support international collaborations.
• Participate in programme development, accreditation, committees and support student recruitment, mentoring and institutional initiatives.

Required profile

• PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a closely related discipline from a reputed institution.
• Strong academic and research record with sustained publications in high‑quality journals or conferences; evidence of research leadership or high potential.
• Demonstrated teaching experience and ability to mentor students; for senior levels, successful PhD supervision and a track record of research funding.
