About the role

Dr. D. Y. Patil B‑School, Pune is inviting applications for permanent faculty positions at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor levels. The roles focus on teaching, research and curriculum development across core management disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality classroom instruction for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Required profile

• Relevant doctoral qualification (Ph.D.) in Management or a related field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level or equivalent industry experience.
• A record of research publications in reputable journals.
• Specialisation in Marketing Management, Finance Management, Human Resource Management, Business Analytics or Artificial Intelligence.
• Ability to contribute to academic governance and community outreach.
