Faculty Member – Teaching Positions Across India

About the role

Tallento.ai is seeking enthusiastic teachers, lecturers, trainers and academic leaders to join schools, coaching institutes, colleges, universities and EdTech organisations throughout India. The positions span school education, foundation, Olympiad, IIT‑JEE, NEET, board and competitive examinations, as well as higher‑education programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, online or hybrid lectures in line with the assigned curriculum.
• Explain concepts clearly using practical examples and effective teaching methods.
• Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, worksheets and assessment materials.
• Evaluate student performance, provide feedback and support remedial learning.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators, HODs and department heads to maintain curriculum standards.

Required profile

• Strong subject knowledge in the relevant discipline(s).
• Clear communication skills and the ability to engage students.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Willingness to work in offline, online or hybrid formats.
