About the role

The Faculty – Civil Structural Design role is a full‑time position dedicated to delivering high‑quality training in civil and structural design concepts and software tools. The faculty member will lead lectures, practice sessions, and project‑based exercises, ensuring learners grasp core principles and real‑world applications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct lectures, practice sessions, and project‑based exercises on civil and structural design.
• Update course materials, assignments, and assessments to reflect current industry standards.
• Guide learners through design workflows and provide detailed, constructive feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends, collaborate on curriculum updates, and mentor learners on career paths in civil and structural engineering.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering fundamentals, including analysis and design of structural elements.
• Prior industry experience in civil/structural design, consulting, or construction projects (highly beneficial).
• Master’s degree in Structural Design or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse learners in a remote setting.
