About the role

Kendriya Hindi Sansthan (KHS) in Agra is inviting applications for a wide range of faculty and administrative posts across its headquarters and future centres. The recruitment covers academic positions in Linguistics, Hindi Literature and Education, as well as support roles such as Account Officer, Library Assistant and Clerk.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, conduct seminars and guide students in the assigned subject area.
• Prepare course material, design curricula and assess student performance.
• Participate in research activities, publications and academic conferences.
• Manage departmental budgets, maintain financial records and ensure compliance (Account Officer).
• Oversee library operations, catalogue resources and assist users (Library Assistant/Clerk).
• Perform clerical duties, data entry and document preparation (Lower Division Clerk, Junior Stenographer, Proof Reader).

Required profile

• Relevant postgraduate degree or Ph.D. for faculty positions.
• Minimum experience as per the specific post (e.g., Associate Professor, Assistant Professor).
• Eligibility under Indian government recruitment rules; SC/ST candidates pay a reduced fee.
• Good command of Hindi and English for teaching and administrative communication.
