Factory Worker – Production Support

About the role

Maxwell Slitter Industries is seeking a reliable Factory Worker to join its production team in Rajpura. You will support the manufacturing of rotary slitter knives, separator discs, spacers, and shearing blades, ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Operate designated factory machinery according to work instructions.
• Handle materials, assemble components, and assist with finishing processes.
• Perform basic quality checks and measure parts as required.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing setting and follow safety procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools.
• Attention to detail for inspecting parts and performing simple quality checks.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and repeat tasks safely.
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to follow instructions and learn new processes.
