Factory Worker

About the role

The Factory Worker position is based on‑site in Delhi and supports daily production activities for our client’s manufacturing operations. You will work alongside a team to ensure smooth workflow, meet production targets and uphold safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and perform basic maintenance on factory machinery.
• Handle materials, pack, label and prepare finished goods for dispatch.
• Monitor work processes, report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with team leaders to achieve production timelines, often on shift‑based schedules.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Basic literacy and numeracy to follow work instructions and complete simple records.
• Commitment to workplace safety, hygiene and company policies.
• Prior factory or warehouse experience is an advantage, but motivated entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply.
