Factory Readiness & Build Execution Lead (New Product Introduction)

About the role

The Factory Readiness & Build Execution Lead will drive structured factory readiness activities and support ongoing build execution to ensure a stable production ramp for new product introductions. This onsite role is based in Narsapura, Kolar and works closely with cross‑functional teams to close readiness gaps before start‑of‑production.

Key responsibilities

• Own space planning and finalize layout in collaboration with Industrial Engineering and Facility teams.
• Validate utilities readiness, including power, ESD, compressed air, and IT hardware infrastructure.
• Coordinate sequencing of production equipment installation.
• Plan manpower and ensure training readiness prior to pilot builds.
• Drive closure of readiness gaps before build release.
• Lead build support, ramp tracking and daily build reviews during pilot and early mass production phases.
• Ensure alignment of Man, Machine, Material, and Method (4M) during early ramp.

Required profile

• 10‑18 years of experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing with exposure to factory setup and ramp‑up.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering.
