Facade Manager – Lead Global Façade Business

About the role

The Facade Manager will lead the entire façade business function, driving strategic direction, operational excellence, and commercial performance across all façade projects. This senior position oversees multidisciplinary teams in design, engineering, and project delivery, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, client expectations, timelines, and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate operations between Dubai and India teams to ensure seamless global project delivery.
• Provide strategic direction, resource allocation, and capability development for façade design, engineering, and delivery.
• Establish and approve design standards, technical frameworks, and engineering methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with local and international codes, safety regulations, and sustainability requirements.
• Oversee project performance – timelines, budgets, quality, and risk management across multiple projects.
• Lead high‑level technical reviews, resolve complex challenges, and champion innovative façade technologies.
• Manage client engagement, presentations, negotiations, and escalation resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and governance of all façade‑related activities.
• Mentor senior team members and build succession capability.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in façade design, engineering or related construction disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of business growth and profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with architects, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Commitment to quality, safety, regulatory compliance and environmental sustainability.
