Facade Designer

About the role

The Façade Designer will join Alucomét’s Mumbai office to create detailed architectural façade solutions for a variety of construction projects. Working on‑site, you will translate design concepts into precise shop drawings and ensure seamless integration of cladding and glazing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prepare accurate shop drawings for façade components.
• Create detailed façade designs that meet aesthetic and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, architects, and engineers to align design intent.
• Support cladding and glazing system projects from concept through execution.
• Verify compliance with project specifications and building codes.

Required profile

• Proficiency in preparing and interpreting shop drawings.
• Strong understanding of façade design, cladding, and glazing systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Previous experience on façade or construction projects is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
