Eyewear Designer – Fashion & Lifestyle Product Design

About the role

We are looking for a creative Eyewear Designer to lead the development of innovative eyewear collections that reflect diverse cultures, identities and fashion trends. The role combines trend research, concept creation and close collaboration with product, manufacturing and merchandising teams to bring consumer‑centric designs to market.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize eyewear collections based on trends, subcultures, archetypes and fashion‑led aesthetics for all product brands.
• Translate ideas into thematic boards, sketches, illustrations and technical drawings together with a talented design team.
• Conduct in‑depth consumer research to keep people at the centre of the design thinking process.
• Participate in product and market research to understand consumer needs and expectations.
• Incorporate internal feedback to ensure the range meets team goals.
• Coordinate with category, manufacturing and merchandising teams for range planning, prototyping and final product development.
• Assist in creating design briefs for brand and consumer experience teams.
• Maintain a design library of concepts, sketches and technical drawings for each collection, season and category.
• Manage physical samples, chips and hardware for core and trend‑setting styles.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in fashion & lifestyle product design, industrial design or CMF design.
• B.Des or M.Des in Fashion, Product or Accessory Design from a recognized institute.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Rhino.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Experience with KeyShot Pro for rendering.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
