Export Sales Manager

About the role

The Export Sales Manager will lead the expansion of our healthcare and hygiene product portfolio into international markets. Based in Colva, Goa, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing export sales processes, and nurturing relationships with overseas clients and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Research and develop export growth strategies for target markets.
• Identify, qualify, and engage potential international distributors and partners.
• Manage end‑to‑end export sales activities, including quotations, order processing, and after‑sales support.
• Ensure compliance with export documentation, regulations, and Incoterms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, product) to guarantee smooth order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Strong business planning and international business acumen.
• Proven experience in export operations and B2B international sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of export regulations, logistics, and Incoterms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing or related field; advanced qualifications a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.
