Export Sales Executive (Commission-Based, Remote)

About the role

Lalita Industries, an ISO‑certified exporter of high‑grade industrial minerals, is seeking motivated Export Sales Executives to develop overseas B2B buyer relationships. The position starts on a high‑commission model per executed shipment and can transition to a permanent salaried role as you build repeat‑buyer accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and close overseas B2B buyers, distributors and industrial end‑users (ceramics, glass, engineered stone, metallurgy, construction chemicals).
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, RFQ handling, technical specification matching, sample dispatch and order closing.
• Structure orders using standard Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR) and arrange payment terms (Advance TT, Letter of Credit).
• Coordinate with the export operations team for container planning, dispatch and logistics.

Required profile

• Proven B2B export sales experience, preferably in minerals, chemicals or raw materials.
• Demonstrated ability to generate international buyer leads and close full container‑load (FCL) deals.
• Working knowledge of international trade documentation, shipping logistics and payment terms.
• Fluent professional English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
