Expert Application Developer – Workday Finance Management

About the role

Ensono is looking for an experienced Workday Finance, Procurement, and Adaptive Planning consultant to lead design, implementation, optimization and support of Workday Financial Management solutions. The role will partner with finance, procurement, FP&A, accounting, IT and business leaders to drive digital transformation and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Finance, FP&A, Procurement and Accounting leadership and define Workday roadmap initiatives.
• Configure and optimize Workday Financial Management modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Cash Management and Project Accounting.
• Implement and support procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management and spend analytics.
• Lead Adaptive Planning solutions for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning and executive dashboards.
• Develop Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards and leverage AI capabilities for predictive insights.
• Design and maintain integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, REST and SOAP APIs and manage security roles and segregation-of-duty controls.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, gather requirements, facilitate workshops, coordinate testing and mentor junior consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of Workday Financials experience, 5+ years in Workday Procurement and Adaptive Planning, with proven global implementation delivery.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting and procurement operations.
